Our AFA Gold Award Winning proprietary blend of Australian seaweed, pistachio and Mediterranean herbs.

This dukkah inspired blend is fortified with 10% of our seaweed . Full of the oceans trace elements and our seaweed's special gut-healthy seafibre, anti-oxidants, and marine plant proteins.

How to use

Fantastic on smashed avocado for breakfast, stirred into rice or grain sallads, or use like dukkah for before dinner nibbles. Makes mashed potatoes gourmet! You can also go classic dukkah and dip bread in Australian virgin olive oil and then Phukka, or generously coat food to grill.

Absolutely delicious

This blew me away with it's yummy taste, will be definitely repurchasing. I've pretty much used it on anything I use salt on - avo on toast, scrambled eggs, dinner etc

Phukkah

Delicious and a nice crunchy texture. Cumin flavour. We sprinkle it on anything savoury. Good value as we have been working our way through canister one for quite a while.

The New Dukkah!

This Dukkah is next level delicious! All the qualities of a traditional Dukkah with the added flavour of wakame seasoning! It’s a winner with my kids on our salads and omelette! So yum 😋!
