Customers within the UK

All orders within the UK with a value over £50 receive free shipping, while orders under this value include a flat rate shipping fee of £5.

PLEASE NOTE: All orders are currently being shipped from Australia while we work on setting up our UK distribution, expected to be ready in the middle of 2023. Thank you for your patience as we work hard to get this ready for you.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: For commercial goods valued greater than £135, VAT and customs duties apply, and these taxes can be charged at the UK border before your order is released to you. If you'd like to avoid this, please ensure that the total value of your order is no greater than £135, as we are not able to cover these costs.

Although we will do our best to dispatch orders the same day they are placed or next business day, please allow up to 3 working days for processing.

The PhycoHealth team are so proud to be able to share our products with customers around the globe. This means that depending on where you are ordering from, we have set up a range of shipping methods to suit most parts of the world. Where we haven’t shipped to before we will do our best to get our products to you as fast as we can. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, please head to our international website here. If there is a problem with the destination that we haven’t foreseen we will be in touch with you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. We guarantee a refund if there is a problem with shipping to your country or destination. Please contact us if you do not receive your goods or if there are major delays. 

How do I track my shipments for international orders?

International orders are sent with Australia Post and end up with your standard national carrier. For example in the UK it usually arrives with ParcelForce and can be tracked there with your tracking number. All tracking information will be provided through our system directly to your email.
